
IBnGR: Poland’s GDP growth in Q2 at 3.9%
The second quarter of 2010 saw a 3.9% growth of Polish GDP while average inflation was at 2.3%, the Gdansk Institute for Market Economics (IBnGR) informed.

Good prospects for the Polish steel sector

Krystyna Wozniak-Trzosek, President of Polish Market and Andrzej Arendarski, President of the National Chamber of Commerce signed a cooperation agreement in Warsaw on July 13. Cooperation will include: organising conferences, seminars, congresses, rankings, and contests for entrepreneurs.

Poland’s GDP growth is expected to reach 2.7% in 2010 and 3.3% in 2011 - such projections were presented by the European Commission. Analysts from the Ministry of the Economy expect a slightly weaker growth at the level of around 3% in 2010.
