High Society Properties to open a CEE branch office in Poland

Professor Jerzy Zdanowicz of the Polish Academy of Sciences underlined that the UAE is Poland’s second largest business partner in terms of economic turnover in the Middle East (after Israel) and Poland’s number one regional partner in terms of exports. The value of goods exported from Poland to UAE amounted to PLN 300 million in 2007.
Dubai offers a variety of unique investment possibilities and as Korwin-Kossakowska said prices are comparable with Warsaw rates. Among Dubai’s property highlights is the Burj Dubai – the world tallest building (636 meters as of June 2008). The developers haven’t officially announced its planned height yet. The estimated building cost is USD 1 billion. Other appealing investments possibilities are the DIFC – Dubai International Finance Centre, the Dubailand, the Dubai Waterfront and the World – a man-made archipelago of 300 islands designed in the shape of a world map located 4 kilometres off the coast of Dubai.
