Piotr Wachulec, the coordinator of the projects executed by Wrocław Investments company, told TVN24 that all of the projects have been already launched and the works are in different stages which guarantees they will be completed before 2010. According to Wachulec special attention should be paid to the area in the direct vicinity of the stadium, TVN24 reports. Before 2010 a bus-tram junction and a transfer station between trains and special rapid trams will be built there.
Building a road connection between the airport via route 94 to the stadium is the most expensive investment project. It will be implemented according to a special system which allows the contractor selected in a tender to prepare the design, obtain construction permits and execute all construction work. “The system significantly cuts the time needed to complete the investment” - Wachulec was quoted as saying by TVN24.
