Aluminium profiles, which are almost three times lighter than their steel counterparts while retaining high resistance and strength, are a symbol of a modern economy. And thanks to their virtually unlimited recycling potential, they are a symbol of environmental protection. Aluminium profiles are widely used in the construction, furniture and electrical industries, interior design and the advertising business.
The company has expanded very fast in the past several years. To survive and expand on an increasingly demanding market, it has to constantly improve its products and invest in infrastructure, human capital and modern organisational schemes. The company would not be able to operate on the market without certified management systems. Final SA received the three certificates of the Integrated Management System in compliance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and PN-N 18001 standards on May 1, 2004, the day of Poland’s entry to the European Union.
Constant efforts to improve processes, which is the essence of modern management systems, are needed to survive on a fast-changing market.
Final SA delivers highest-quality products in each segment of its product line. But it puts special emphasis on developing the product line towards the “one stop shop” business model. Highly processed goods are the company’s flagship products. The company is able to provide complete service including profile extrusion, anodising and mechanical working. Products of this kind are most sought after by the customers and Final SA is able to meet the highest requirements in this respect.
Final SA ensures highest product quality. It holds an IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) permit for its aluminium profile anodising line. The permit confirms that the company meets BAT (Best Available Techniques) requirements and that its production processes comply with the strictest environmental protection standards. Final SA has been consistently implementing TQM (Total Quality Control) rules and a number of environmental protection projects. One of them is the modernisation of the company’s effluent treatment plant, in which a sulphate reduction system with the use of nanofiltration has been installed. The new system, unique in Europe, has resulted in reducing the total amount of water consumed by the plant in the anodising process and other process by more than 10 times. At present, over 85% of water is reused. In 2007 Final SA received the Silesian Quality Award in the small and medium-sized business category. This year it is competing for the Polish Quality Award.
The company attaches special importance to efforts to acquire partners on Eastern European markets. The economic potential of countries located in this part of Europe and the company’s experience in the aluminium sector guarantee successful cooperation. Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Bulgaria and Romania are the strategic markets for our export expansion.
The year 2008 is expected to see a further rapid development of the company, its expansion and the purchase of new machines. And as regards plans for the future, Final SA is going to specialise in the prefabrication of soft alloys and production of profiles meeting increased technological and quality requirements. The new business model is centred on prefabrication and the production of precision profiles. The company also wants to steadily expand its sales in the area of aluminium profile extrusion and anodising, with a constant improvement in the efficiency and quality of these processes.
