Inflation in Poland at 5%

Inflation in Poland in August reached 5% year-on-year according to estimates released by the Ministry of Finance. The Ministry also said in a communiqué that inflation in monthly terms eased 0.2 percent last month.

“The Ministry of Finance estimates that the August consumer price inflation (CPI) will amount to 99.8 (previous month = 100). It means that the annual CPI dynamics may reach 105.0” – the communiqué says.
