The contract is worth PLN 125.4 million gross. The price was the most important criterion in picking the winner. The contract is supposed to be signed by the end of September and construction work could start as agreed with UEFA – on October 7. The planned first stage includes the demolition of the existing stadium, levelling the ground, driving pillars into the ground to provide a solid foundation, lying foundations for the steel structure and preparing the entrance tunnels.
