KRI SA is licensed by the Energy Regulatory Authority (URE) to trade, distribute, liquefy and regasify natural gas and to sell and buy gas abroad.

As a gas distributor KRI SA makes use of:

· hundreds of kilometers of high- and medium-pressure gas pipelines

· professional LNG regasification stations

· numerous first- and second-grade reduction and monitoring stations

KRI SA was founded in 2000 after separation from PBG SA Group. Today the company is a capital group itself with two subsidiaries – PGS (PGS Sp. z o. o.), Poland’s biggest LNG transporter, and API Testo (API Testo Sp. z o. o.), an SPV unit founded to market and distribute gas.

KRI SA is a Polish company with mixed Polish-foreign capital. The Polish stakeholder is PBG SA, a leading engineering firm specializing in LNG and gas projects. Thanks to PBG KRI SA has access to latest technology and expertise, as well as major energy projects.
