Quality is the most important feature which sets services and products offered by Ferrox apart from those offered by competitors. We believe it is impossible to win respect and recognition from customers without providing the highest quality. This is why we are trying to consistently adhere to the motto included in our Quality Policy.

We are one of the largest and fastest expanding service companies in the heat power sector in north-eastern Poland. We work with many well-known and recognised companies operating in the region and in Poland. These include Elektrociepłownia Białystok, Kompania Piwowarska, Rockwool Małkinia, Mlekovita, Hoop Bielsk Podlaski and Rafako Racibórz. Among the foreign companies which have placed their trust in us is Klausen of Norway. We provide employment to over 120 people, of whom 20% are highly qualified engineering and technical staff.
Ferrox is a group of three companies: Ferrox Spółka z o.o. and two subsidiaries, Ferrox Service Sp. z o.o. and Diagnec Sp. z o.o.
Ferrox’s core business is divided into three areas:
- complete repair, installation and modernisation services for commercial and industrial power plants in the area of heating and mechanical equipment; complete service of production lines in the food, construction and other sectors; specialist welding and installation services;
- machining plant equipped with modern CNC machines. We also deal with the prefabrication and installation of steel structures and pipelines;
- modern heating technology based on renewable energy systems: solar collectors and heat pumps. We provide professional and safe heating systems, which draw energy from the earth and sun. Our systems are independent, economical and convenient heat sources. They can be installed in residential, industrial and special buildings like churches and in swimming pools.

We have certification from the Technical Supervision Office allowing us to repair pressure parts of steam and water boilers, steam pipes linking boilers with turbine generators, transmission and process pipelines, parts of pressure and non-pressure equipment, and permanent pressure vessels.
Our ISO Integrated Management System proves that Ferrox is focused on service and product quality, environment protection and health and safety of its workforce. We implemented a quality management system according to the European ISO 9001 standard as early as 1997. In the following years we implemented and certified an environmental management system according to ISO 14001 and an occupational health and safety system according to PN-N 18001.

The numerous awards and distinctions granted to Ferrox prove that our services and activity have won us recognition in many areas. The awards include:
- European Medal for Services (2001) for repairs on power equipment,
- Charity Certificate (2006), the highest distinction awarded by the Foundation for Children “Help on Time”,
- First Place Certificate in the service category in the Innovation 2007 league table of “Kurier Poranny” (2008) for innovation in the company’s service activity,
- European Medal (2008) for environment-friendly heating technologies,
- Polish Business Leader Golden Statuette (2008).
