The Client, Neinver Poland chose Bovis Lend Lease Poland to carry out that complex project based on the Project Management service. Located on the shores of Lake Malta, Galeria Malta is a great example of a new generation of shopping centres. The scheme represents a mixed development and comprises an outstanding tenant line-up, featuring fashion retailers, dining area, department stores, a supermarket, cinemas and a health club. The three-storey building of 153,000 sqm have multi-storey car park for 1 800 vehicles. There is a foot-bridge in front of the gallery connecting Bulwar Nadmaltański with the main entrance to Malta Center. The building is made of glass and steel and around gallery there are places for leisure and entertainment.



Malta Retail Center in Poznań was recognized for the very high levels of safety and became a winner of the “Safe Building of the year 2007 Award” granted by the National Labour Inspectorate in Poland.
