ElektriMont started business operations in 1987 with a contract for electrical wiring for the 46-storey LOT and Marriott Hotel complex in Warsaw.

We have over 20 years’ experience gathered in the course of executing more than 300 contracts in Poland and abroad. We specialise in power engineering, wiring, telecommunications engineering, control and measurement equipment, fire alarm systems, and fibre-optic and computer installations.
We have a staff of 267, including 26 people with engineering degrees.
In order to provide services of the highest quality, we have implemented and regularly upgraded quality management systems in compliance with the PN-EN ISO 9001, PN-EN ISO 14001 and PN-N-18001 standards.
We have won many distinctions, including the title of Fair Play Company in 2000, the Pantheon of Polish Ecology award from the minister of the environment and director of the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification in 2001, nominations for the Polish Business Leader title in 2005, 2006 and 2007, Golden Statuette of the Polish Business Leader in 2007, European Medal in 2002, 2004 and 2007 and the title of Outstanding Exporter of the Year 2007. In 2009 we have received the title of the Ambassador for the Polish Economy from the BCC and the minister of foreign affairs, the title of Polish Export Leader from the Association of Polish Exporters and the first Diamond for the Golden Statuette of the Polish Business Leader from the BCC. ElektriMont is a member of the Business Centre Club (BCC).

Retail sales up again in June
Retail sales growth in nominal terms accelerated in June to 6.4% y-o-y from 4.3% y-o-y in May. The increase was higher than expected. In real terms, retail sales growth accelerated to 4.5% y-o-y from 2.0% y-o-y. June was a consecutive month with retail sales figures stronger than expected, which indicates that consumption is recovering after it slowed significantly at the beginning of the year. Private consumption is driven by an improvement on the labour market coupled with a rise in disposable incomes. In Q2 2010 retail sales grew by around 3% y-o-y in nominal terms and around 1% y-o-y in real terms. On the basis of retail sales and industrial production data, it can be estimated that the GDP growth rate was close to 3%.
