The Rekord IT Systems Company (“Rekord” Systemy Informatyczne) was founded in 1989. Its founder, first staffmember and current President is Janusz Szymura. Over its two decades on the Polish IT market Rekord has become a countrywide name offering state-of-the-art solutions for public administration units and public companies. Rekord has two flag products – the Ratusz® and Rekord. Erp. programmes. The first was developed in close cooperation with local government units and is designed to aid decision-making and financial management, and is also the nucleus os the company’s planned e-Urząd (e-Office) office management system. Rekord.Erp. is a fully-integrated corporate management instrument allowing complex servicing, optimum reserve storage and cost-cutting. Rekord.Erp. also discards redundant information and bars access to the system by unauthorized persons.

And the effects? Among others optimum stock management, no redundant costs, less data flow and protection against unauthorized accessing. Rekord SI offers a full service range, from consulting, equipment and web solutions to implementation, customizing, startup assistance, training and servicing. Today we work for more than 200 official agencies and over 300 enterprises countrywide. Our 20-year experience and dynamic workstyle has found recognition both on the national and local level. Rekord SI has twice won the Fairplay Company contest, in 2010 we also received the Polish Business Leader title, to which we were nominated three times before. In Bielsko-Biała we were Company of the Year three times and Sport benefactor twice.

We are also strongly involved in public affairs, especially promoting sports. Fifteen years ago we founded the Rekord Sport Association (BTS Rekord), which we still sponsor today. BTS is the only sport club in Poland with football for boys and girls, as well as futsal. Almost 300 children and young people train at BTS. The club is also the founder of the Polish Futsal Premier League, in which it is on one of the top places (not so long ago the BTS team was Poland Vicechampion and Champion). OPur male team is also in the lead in the Silesian 4th division championship, the womens’ team is doing well in the 2nd division.

Of course there is also our Sport Training Centyre in the district Cygański Las. This is a modern complex with game fields and a game gym, as well as a hotel with full catering. The centre is well-suited for training camps and seminars for Rekord customers.

Rekord Systemy Informatyczne currently employs over 70 people, the sport centre staff numbers over 20 plus 15 football coaches. In all, this shows the company as a solid and reliable employer.
