Olsztyn to have a Technology Park worth PLN 71 million
Olsztyn City Council will allocate nearly PLN 71 million to the creation of a technology park at the Skanda lake.
According to information issued by the Olsztyn City Council’s spokesperson Ms Aneta Szpaderska, the complex is planned to be situated on an almost 20 ha lot situated next to the route connecting Olsztyn and Szczytno. - The complex is planned to comprise of an office building and a conference and exhibition centre. Moreover, there will be two buildings where companies will be able to organise their seats and two buildings for laboratories where scientist and students will be able to do research and experiments - declared Ms Szpaderska. All the buildings will jointly measure over 7,000 sqm.
It is assumed that PLN 70.9 million for the project should come from EU funds and Poland's national budget - around PLN 55.1 million and from the funds provided by local government - PLN 158 million.
